• Withdraw forms from the other school,after the 1st of school.

• Student’s Immunization Record verified by a Physician

Pre-Kindergarten Registration:

Our Pre-K program is an application process. To be eligible for Pre-K, a student must meet one of the following criteria: Limited English Proficiency: students home/native language is not English based; Educationally Disadvantaged (eligible for the national free or reduced-priced lunch); Dependent of the United States Armed fores who are active duty or who were injured or lost his/her own life on active duty; Homeless; In or has been in the conservatorship of the Department of Family and Protective Services: or children who were awarded Star of Texas Award.

The Woodlands Feeder zoned students: You will need to visit your child’s “home school” and follow the registration procedure. If your child is qualified they will provide you with the steps to finish the enrollment process at Deretchin.

Deretchin zoned students: Please click on the Family Portal link below to enroll your child. Once the online enrollment is complete you will need to set up an appointment to verify your child’s information and for you to provide documentation for qualification.

To enroll your child in Conroe ISD you will need to enroll your child through our online registration. Once the online enrollment is complete you will need to set up an appointment to verify your child’s information and for you to provide documentation for placement. Parent Access is not the same account you created for the “Family Portal” or InfoSnap. You must register your email for each student enrolled at Conroe ISD, in order to access Parent Access. You MUST have the following information below in order to successfully register for the account. If you have successfully registered, in 48 hours you will be able to log into Canvas with the same log in information. Please note, in Parent Access you can have more than one email for access however Canvas you can only have one email.

***Canvas is case sensitive, if you have a Capital letter in your password than you need to use it. In Parent Access you can use all Caps or not and it will log you in.

The information you need to enter:

• Parent email
• Student 6 digit ID number
• Child’s legal first and last name (what is on the birth certificate)
• Student Birth date
• Phone number
• Current Grade
• Campus: Deretchin

If you click on “I Agree that I am the Legal Parent / Guardian of this Student” and you receive the image below: on the image we are missing the ID: and the Phone number:, you must fill this information in. If you receive an error and all the information is filled out than the information is not what we have in the database. If this happens please screen shot the page and email it to Cory Ognisty at cognisty@conroeisd.net. If you need to update information for your child, you will need to go to the Front Office and fill out a ” Need to Update Student Information” form.
